Noble Projects and Supplies has commanded respect among a diverse group of specialists in the Civil and Engineering Industry over the last few years. Thriving on an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create vibrant opportunities for sustainable communities, these values have been at heart of the company since inception in 2012. The practice of developing long-term relationships by listening to client needs and delivering high performance projects shows visceral and hard wired commitment to its business and its clients.

Noble is a family run entity consisting of a group of performance enhanced and motivated individuals. The entity focuses on three business areas, namely Electrical, Civil and Engineering and Mining. The ever-increasing drive to be inclusive and participate in the empowerment drive is evident in the composition of the executive team, in terms of both men and women. Noble employs a considerable percentage of previously disadvantaged individuals so as to overshadow unemployed and qualified persons from obtaining experience, skills transfer and job creation.

Development

Noble a black owned private company traces its roots back to 2012. Although founded as an Electrical Company, Noble’s internal diversity quickly expanded to include Civil and Electrical Engineering as well as Building, Electrical Construction and Project Management.

The Founder of Noble Projects Mr Morwa Tsoka, is a consummate entrepreneur, who has honed his skills running his own businesses in Civil & Engineering, Accounting and Tax Consulting as well as Security Services. With vast experience in both social and corporate leadership. He has gained knowledgable experience over the years
